Hello! My name's Sandra Thomson, and I'm a full-time Realtor with Rubiola REALTORS serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. I've been licensed as a Realtor since 2007 in Texas. Certified as a New Home Specialist in 2009, I am able to protect New Home Buyer's interests from showing to closing on inventory or custom home builders. As a member of the SABOR Builder's Committee I work with Builders throughout San Antonio identifying their inventory and building features - but make no mistake - I represent Buyers, not Builders.

San Antonio is my hometown! I grew up here and graduated Churchill High School. I have degree's in Communications from San Antonio College and Bachelor's in Philosophy & Art History from UTSA. I currently work for NEISD as a part-time non-tenured Teacher. I have worked on several City of San Antonio Boards and Committees. My favorite was the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women. A San Antonio native, Craig Browning graduated from Alamo Heights High School and received a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He continued his education with an MBA from The University of Texas. Prior to joining Phyllis Browning Company, Craig worked in commercial construction, focusing on project management and business development. His construction knowledge is an asset to his clients during real estate transactions. Craig participated in Leadership San Antonio and was recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 rising star in the business community. He has received numerous honors for his real estate accomplishments including Platinum Top 50 Winner and Finalist and Phyllis Browning Company Rookie of the Year. Craig currently serves on the boards of the Witte Museum and the Rotary Club of San Antonio; he also serves on a committee for the Texas Cavaliers. Justin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a focus in Business Administration. Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown, Midland, Texas, to begin his career as a landman. In 2011 he felt the call to move to South Texas and has been in San Antonio ever since. His tenure in the oil and gas industry spanned over a decade working as a landman and right-of-way agent throughout Texas and New Mexico. This experience has opened the doors to establishing numerous relationships with landowners across the state, and is proving to be extremely beneficial in developing his career as a successful land & ranch agent. Justin is an entrepreneur at heart and has his hand in several businesses within oil and gas, travel and sales. With experience in all those fields, transitioning into real estate contracts and negotiations has come naturally. Justin isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, help out where it is needed and is always delighted to try something at least once. Seeing the Texas landscape while traveling across the state for work and leisure has given Justin a great respect for its lands, plants and wildlife that lives within it. He is an avid duck hunter and fisherman, but most of all he loves to spend his free time with his family - Gracie, Wylie and Madeline.
