Krista has lived in Castle Hills, Shavano Park, Monte Vista, Alamo Heights – and most recently San Miguel de Allende. After living in Mexico with her family and starting an interior design company, Krista is excited to be back in her hometown and putting her eye for detail to work for her clients.

Ranch Investments agent Monica Burton enjoys the outdoors and has been ranching all her life. Selling rural ranches and hunting property gives her the opportunity to continue her love of the outdoors. Through her diversified background in construction, land acquisition, farming, raising cattle, and riding and breeding horses Monica has acquired knowledge of what it takes to operate a ranch. I am a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and I am well acquainted with military tradition. I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree is in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. Tracie obtained her broker's license in 2007 and opened her own boutique real estate company. I am an active broker helping buyers and sellers with their properties.
