CHERYL FLORA is a native Texan and proud of it! Cheryl has lived in many cities throughout Texas, in Ohio, and in Mexico City, but is happy to have put down roots in San Antonio. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin. She has 3 children – Nathan, an attorney in The Woodlands; Megan, an attorney in San Antonio; and Avery, a student at Rice University. Cheryl married the love of her life, Paul, in May of 2018. Paul is a data engineer at USAA.

Krista has lived in Castle Hills, Shavano Park, Monte Vista, Alamo Heights – and most recently San Miguel de Allende. After living in Mexico with her family and starting an interior design company, Krista is excited to be back in her hometown and putting her eye for detail to work for her clients.

She employs a steadfast work ethic and only considers herself to be truly effective when she has built a lasting relationship with those she works with.

A first-generation American originally from Los Angeles, California, Shawn Alvarez began practicing real estate in 2017. Shawn approaches her work with creativity and a passion for helping others. Single-minded perseverance and a drive for success are evident in all of her endeavors. Her outgoing nature and strong work ethic have proved invaluable to all her clients. Shawn has grown to flourish in the real estate industry by focusing on relationships and connecting buyers with their perfect home. Shawn's sympathy for others is evident when she's serving our city's furry residents by fostering kittens from SnipSA. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
