When my "Army Brat" and college years took me away from San Antonio, I couldn't wait to get back to the city I know and appreciate more than any other. But simply living in San Antonio wasn't enough when I finally returned for good. My love for my hometown motivated me to try to give back to this exceptional city by working as a non-profit fundraiser and manager for over twenty years. Those years giving back to the city and community I love helped me further understand all of the beautiful nuances, nooks and crannies of this incredibly unique and diverse city in ways I hope to share with all willing clients! I believe everyone should be able to have a home to call their own, and that it's one of the most important investment decisions you will ever make. Welcome! Using my 25 years of experience in the local home building industry I started a real estate consulting business to help those like you buy and sell real estate.

Living in the same area for over 30 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in several areas of the community. What I found is that volunteering helped me develop a skill of listening to the needs of those I was serving. I want you to be comfortable with the fact that I will be listening to your needs and not wasting your time.

Serving in the military, I developed a valuable life tool of discipline, staying on task until the mission was complete. Allow me to use that discipline to work for you by guiding you through the maze of the home buying and selling process.

Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. Fueled by the happiness she witnesses firsthand with each transaction she strives to bring the absolute best experience to each and every one of her clients. Alicia's goal is for every client of hers to become a client for life. While the goal may seem a bit lofty Alicia believes that goal should be the standard. She's passionate about the connections she builds with her clients and she seeks to build connections that last. She truly loves what she does and she cherishes each opportunity she has to lead her clients through their real estate journey. As a resident of Spring, she has intimate knowledge of the north Houston real estate market and is well versed in the latest housing trends in the area.
