I love building relationships, and this is why I love being in Real Estate. I grew up in Mississippi but have lived in the Houston and surrounding areas for over 30 years. I have had to move numerous times which has led with my first-hand experience as it relates to leasing, buying and selling. I recently moved back to Katy after being a way a few years in Georgia and San Antonio. The birth of my first grand-daughter was the hidden motivation behind the move and I could not be happier to be a part of her life. I love to venture out and explore all of what Katy has to offer and attending as many local events as I can. I also love my Astros and try to get in to see as many games as possible with my husband. Mrs. Gretzer is an alumni of University of St. Thomas and was an Environmental Scientist working for Harris County and Medical Photographer in Texas Medical Center. Her history in the Environmental field helped define the need for recommending homes outside the flood zone areas. Since she began her Real Estate career, it has taught her importance of building relationships and more importantly, the desire to help others. "I love my profession for its challenges and rewards!"
