I have been living in The Woodlands since June 2019 after transferring to the area for work. My career in Federal Law Enforcement has allowed me to raise my family in wonderful places and provided me with many opportunities for personal and professional growth. As my law enforcement career neared an end and I prepared for retirement, I knew that I wanted a new career that would challenge me in new ways. Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back.
