I'm a Native Texan and proud of it! I was born and raised in Dumas, Texas, up in the Panhandle. Over the years, I've lived in small towns and cities across the state. (Dallas, Arlington, Denton, Amarillo, Canyon, Austin, Quanah, Chillicothe, Katy)

I spent 23 years working with families in Texas public schools as a Special Education Teacher and Team Leader. I advocated for my students to help them get the best education possible and worked closely with their families to give them any available resources.

I have my Master of Education in Counseling and have been a life long learner in education and educating.

Now, instead of educating children, I educate families in buying or selling properties. It is rewarding for me to help my clients negotiate their best deals in either selling their current home or finding the new home they always wanted!

I take great pride in showing homes, visiting with customers during open houses, and searching for the perfect home for my clients. I'm thrilled for you at closing when the deal is funded and everyone walks away happy!

Susan Schroder possesses invaluable, first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by families relocating either domestically or internationally. Originally from Dallas, Susan has lived in Atlanta, Danbury, Pittsburgh, and Dubai, where she lived for 3 years with her husband and kids. Susan and her family moved to Houston in 2008. Prior to her real estate career, Susan was a flight attendant who flew domestically and internationally for 17 years. "I have experienced how international relocation affects families, both positively and negatively," she says.

Honest, trustworthy, and tenacious, Susan treats her clients with the utmost professionalism and always delivers excellent service. She is level-headed and even-keeled, doesn't fluster in challenging situations, and imparts her sense of calm and control to her clients to lessen their stress.

Susan credits her father with instilling her values of hard work, honesty and respect for others. "He owned his own business for 40 years and many of his employees worked there for more than 30 years. I have learned so much from him, especially about how to deal successfully with other people and build long-term relationships.

The Katy area is home for Susan, her husband and their teenage son and daughter. Her volunteer commitments include volunteering at her children's schools, advancement chair for her son's Boy Scout troop, and membership chair for his choir booster club. When not working, Susan enjoys reading, exercise, tennis, and Tae Kwon Do. She and her son both earned their Tae Kwon Do black belts together in 2014.

Andrew was raised right here in our very own Tomball, Texas. After attending classes at the University of Texas at Austin he quickly realized how much he loved anticipating, meeting and exceeding people's needs. He moved to Florida where he worked in industries providing top notch customer service then shortly after began his career in real estate. With family in the business and a personality that matched it was an easy fit. With his thorough understanding of the real estate processes as well as the real estate market Andrew has been able to make the home selling or buying process an easy one to understand for first timers and experienced individuals alike. Passionate about family and home, life naturally brought him back to his roots, back to Texas where he could help families in his own home town. In his free time, Andrew loves making new friends and developing new relationships through music and games or spending time with his husband Matt and their 3 dogs.
