1. Will you return my calls, texts, and emails? Absolutely! I understand the frustration when real estate agents don't respond promptly. I prioritize clear communication and strive to reply as quickly as possible. While I have a daily schedule, I ensure to dedicate specific times for responding to texts, emails, and phone calls.

2. I've met Realtors who are dishonest. Are you? Honesty and integrity are crucial to how I run my real estate business. My goal is to serve every client at the highest level and putting their interests first is not only a core attribute I uphold as a Realtor, it is also an excellent way to do business. As a trusted real estate partner, I prioritize the fiduciary trust clients place in me, regardless of the commission size. Additionally, I am a Firefighter outside of my real estate business, and I bring the same level of dedication and honesty which are key to being a first responder to every transaction. You see, as a first responder, we are often called upon when citizens are in their most vulnerable state. My background instilled in me discipline, attention to detail, and a strong sense of honesty and integrity that are geared towards protecting and prioritizing client's interest at all times. I pride myself on being approachable, and friendly. You can count on me for real estate expertise and a strong dose of honesty. My core values revolve around loyalty to family, clients, and friends. I extend discounts to fellow first responders, Veterans (active or retired), Teachers, and Nurses as a token of appreciation for their contributions to society as well.

3. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? Until you share your specific needs, it's hard to say for sure. However, here are some areas where I excel: Selling my clients' homes as close to the list price as possible. Assisting with selling homes that didn't find success with previous agents Helping clients find and secure great deals on their next home. Ensuring a smooth real estate transaction. Even if your goal or situation isn't on that list, don't worry. Reach out to me anyway, and if I can't help, I'll gladly refer you to another agent who can.

4. What are you really good at? Professionally, I've honed the following real estate skill sets. Listening (a lost art): By actively listening, I can understand my clients' wants and needs. Utilizing appropriate and effective marketing strategies. Negotiating the best terms on behalf of my clients.

In 1998 my husband was asked to relocate to Houston under his oil-field services job and we moved into the then much smaller Katy suburb. I then started my career as an events and corporate marketing manager for Baker Hughes. My 14 year career ended through the downfall of the oil market but before then my career had afforded me many travels around the world to places like Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and the span of the United States.
