I was born and raised in Louisiana but moved to the Katy area in 2018. Texas has been my home for the last 4 years and I couldn't see myself living anywhere else. Real Estate is not only a day-to-day job for me, its something I enjoy doing. I Graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting and since then I have successfully operated my own businesses where I gained the experience in sales, negotiation and marketing. Born and raised in Houston, I never dreamed I would live anywhere else. Less than a year into marriage and my husband asked me to leave my beloved state for Louisiana. It's OK. He brought me back and then moved again. As an oilfield wife, if there is one thing I know how to do, it's find a home. We have lived in Louisiana, Australia and Malaysia but always make our way back home. This is our second time in Katy and I have loved watching it grow from a sleepy bedroom community, to a thriving city of its own, filled with entertainment, excellent food and award winning schools. Lou Ceraldi’s success has been in managing several Businesses over the past 30 years, He has held positions as General Manager and Operations manager.

Born and Raised on the East Coast, he obtained a degree in Psychology and Business in 1975. He moved to Houston in 1997 to be closer to family members being he is very family oriented.

Lou became interested in Real Estate in 2006 when he and his wife successfully started to invest in real estate properties (condos and single family homes) in Houston, Katy and Cypress.
