I'm an Architect from Bogota, Colombia. I moved to Dallas in 2000 where I started working for an Architectural and Planning firm, specialized in Residential / Multifamily. I was a Project Manager specialized in Town Home Projects. I relocated to Katy in 2004 and continue to work for the same firm. As a child in Germany, I was adopted by a military American family. Before earning her real estate license, Julie managed a corporate legal department until 2000. That business background served her well when she joined Heritage Texas Properties in 2006. She worked as an assistant, learning all aspects of the buying and selling process, and listing foreclosures which were plentiful through 2008. Adapting to the ever-changing market, she became a full-time realtor handling relocation inventory, and more traditional buyers and sellers in 2009.
