Hola and Hello! My name is Gabriela DeLaTorre and I started this journey in 2013 when I wanted to help my husband manage his construction and architecture real estate needs. Soon, as family and friends learned about my experience and personalized services, they started trusting me with their home and investment transactions. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Business Analysis. I have worked in international commerce, business management, sales, estimating and design. So, why do I work in real estate, aside from enjoying it? I do it for my family. I have a wonderful husband, three children and a yellow lab named Bella. In my free time I like to take long walks around a park, downtown or getting lost in a new place. Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. Penny's thorough understanding of the market specifically the new home sales provides her with a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box when it comes to issues that may arise.
