After twenty years in the transportation industry, Molly decided to make a change and moved into the real estate world, where her knowledge and expertise not only help guide families towards finding their perfect homes, but also help businesses find their perfect home away from home by assisting them with their commercial real estate needs. Molly is a native Houstonian, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Methodist University. Her marketing and business background is a great asset in navigating the ins and outs of complex real estate transactions and creating a smooth process for her clients. Molly's clients describe her as being competent and patient, and very responsive to their needs. Molly has her New Home Construction Certification (NHC), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE) and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist Certification (TACS). When she's not busy with real estate life, Molly is usually volunteering her time with a local dachshund rescue organization, helping orphaned dogs find their perfect homes as well.

Being a fourth generation Houstonian, Stephanie Sykes has expertise in many of the areas surrounding the Greater Houston metroplex. Stephanie attended elementary, middle school, and high school in Katy I.S.D. and understands the importance of a strong school system when it comes to buying a house. After graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she entered into Fort Bend I.S.D. as an elementary educator. After seven years of instruction, Stephanie decided to follow her parents' lead into the real estate profession. Her father, Dennis Bowen, was a home builder and real estate inspector for the majority of his career while her mother, Gayle Bowen, has lead her real estate sales team in the Katy/Fulshear area for the past 40+ years. Before earning her real estate license, Julie managed a corporate legal department until 2000. That business background served her well when she joined Heritage Texas Properties in 2006. She worked as an assistant, learning all aspects of the buying and selling process, and listing foreclosures which were plentiful through 2008. Adapting to the ever-changing market, she became a full-time realtor handling relocation inventory, and more traditional buyers and sellers in 2009.

When she isn't working, Julie loves to spend time with her family, volunteering, and being active.
