Veronica Martinez is a real estate professional who resides in Katy, Texas, but is a native born and raised Houstonian. She is self driven with an engaging personality and is passionate about assisting people with their real estate transactions in various life stages. She is familiar with the surrounding areas of Houston, especially West Houston.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Veronica came from the "Corporate America World" where she spent several years in the payroll and human resource profession and received her CPP through the American Payroll Association. She has developed core skills in finance, strategic thinking and has a problem solving mindset. She completed her Real Estate training through the Austin Real Estate Business School. Backed by the Number One Broker in Houston, Better Homes and Gardens-Gary Greene, she continues to take extensive training through their programs.

When Veronica is not working she volunteers with the youth at church, loves crafting, watching football (Go Texans) and spending time with her husband Joey of 17 years and their two kids Nina and Aaron. Shannan Boatwright is a licensed Realtor® who loves a challenge. She is dedicated to finding her clients the best Real Estate options available. Shannan truly cares about her clients and puts their needs first in every transaction. Her professionalism, contagious energy and dedication to her clients are some of her best qualities. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills stands out in every transaction.

Shannan was born in Houston, TX but had the opportunity to live in many wonderful cities, states and countries growing up due to her father working in the Oil & Gas Industry. She considers Midland, TX her hometown because that is where she graduated high school from and started her family. After attending Texas State University, she moved back to Midland and began a 20-year career in the Oil and Gas Industry. She eventually moved with her family to the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she worked for Ford Motor Credit in their legal department, which sparked her interests in contracts and compliance. Shannan moved back to the Houston area, settling in Katy, in 2004 where she continued her career in Oil and Gas until 2014. That same year, Shannan began working in the Powersports Industry as a Finance Manager but was not content with the career growth limitations in that line of work.

In 2019, drawing on all her experience gained throughout her career, mixed with her love of historical homes and personal interests with architecture, Shannan decided that a Real Estate career would fulfill her personal and career growth goals. Being a Realtor® also fulfills her desire to serve and help others.

In her spare time, Shannan enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and three rescue pups. She loves to camp, explore nature, and hanging out at the beach watching her husband surf. One of her true joys is putting the top back on her Jeep, turning up the music and going for a long drive.
