Molly is a native Houstonian, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Methodist University. Her marketing and business background is a great asset in navigating the ins and outs of complex real estate transactions and creating a smooth process for her clients. Molly has her New Home Construction Certification (NHC), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE) and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist Certification (TACS). When she's not busy with real estate life, Molly is usually volunteering her time with a local dachshund rescue organization, helping orphaned dogs find their perfect homes as well.

He is a fourth generation Houstonian whose family has been involved in local real estate since arriving in Texas. His desire to serve our country led David to the Army after high school and served as a member of the US Special Forces. After graduating, as Vice President of his class in college he joined Ernst & Young, LLP as a management consultant. He turned his focus to the financial sector and became Vice President at Texan Capital Group, Inc.
In the community, David helped establish a charter school in conjunction with the University of Texas, which served as a school for at risk youths. He enjoys volunteering for local non-profit organizations and served on the board of Cornerstone Recovery. He was also a founding member of The Methodist Young Leaders for Medicine, which supported The Methodist Hospital Foundation.
