Shannan was born in Houston, TX but had the opportunity to live in many wonderful cities, states and countries growing up due to her father working in the Oil & Gas Industry. She considers Midland, TX her hometown because that is where she graduated high school from and started her family. After attending Texas State University, she moved back to Midland and began a 20-year career in the Oil and Gas Industry. She eventually moved with her family to the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she worked for Ford Motor Credit in their legal department, which sparked her interests in contracts and compliance. Shannan moved back to the Houston area, settling in Katy, in 2004 where she continued her career in Oil and Gas until 2014. That same year, Shannan began working in the Powersports Industry as a Finance Manager but was not content with the career growth limitations in that line of work.

In 2019, drawing on all her experience gained throughout her career, mixed with her love of historical homes and personal interests with architecture, Shannan decided that a Real Estate career would fulfill her personal and career growth goals. Being a Realtor® also fulfills her desire to serve and help others.

In her spare time, Shannan enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and three rescue pups. She loves to camp, explore nature, and hanging out at the beach watching her husband surf. One of her true joys is putting the top back on her Jeep, turning up the music and going for a long drive.
