Whitney Cathey was born and raised in the Cedar Creek Lake area and has loved serving the community as a trusted Realtor for the past 8 years. She was also the second highest producing agent at her previous brokerage in 2017.



It was destiny that Whitney quickly became a respected member in her field. From being captain of the cheer squad at Mabank High to working two jobs to put herself through college, Whitney has shown the leadership and commitment to being the best at whatever she is doing. Her love of finding people the right place to live started years ago. While in college, Whitney had an integral role in assisting students to find the appropriate housing while working for the Living and Learning office at Tarleton State University.
