As an active peri-operative nurse for over 20 years, he has called Houston his new home since moving here from New York. Tim is happily married to his wife and together they have 2 children. He is Co-founder of a4h.org, a non profit organization bridging healthcare and the art community right here in Houston. He believes in giving back to the community and since 2007 he has been doing so. Tim is an active volunteer for Surgical Volunteers international (SVI) participating in medical missions across the globe including Guatemala, Egypt and Vietnam. He has also assisted in medical relief efforts during the tragic 911 events in NYC. Most recently he is helping to combat the economic destroying Corona virus as a front line healthcare provider. Having bought and sold many homes since moving here, Tim has turned his interest in real estate into a new passion.This time he is giving back to the community and helping his peers find the comforts of home in this city we call Houston. A born and raised Houstonian, Angelica Belzeski has had a lifetime of getting to know the area. She knows the school systems, entertainment venues, and all the ins and outs of the city. Angelica loves the city of Houston because of its immense diversity and rich culture and all of the opportunities it offers for recreation, shopping, and dining. Prior to her career as a real estate agent, Angelica studied Communication and Human Relations at the University of Texas. While at the University, she worked as a marketing assistant, founded and managed two non-profit organizations, and helped grow a local business. It was during this time that she found a natural inclination for marketing and a love for customer service. Her passion for helping others motivated her to get involved at her school. She worked as a campus rep for a film festival and was also heavily involved in Texas Battle for Change, a concert event which educated students about sexual trafficking and raised donations for the cause. She later worked in finance, specifically in the customer service/business development sector. She first encountered real estate when she worked as a marketing assistant for a lease management company that had seven apartment communities. Angelica soon found that working with people and helping them reach their goals was her main talent and she wanted to find a career that highlighted her skills. Her degree, background, and experience in the communication field as well as her natural capacity for marketing made real estate an excellent choice. Not to mention, as a lifelong resident of the Houston area, she has an extensive knowledge that she loves to share with each and every one of her clients. Her favorite part about being a real estate agent is getting to know her clients/their needs and working hard to provide superior service. Most of my work experience before real estate was in the oilfield. I've lived in Mexico, Colombia and Italy and worked in much of Europe and Latin America so I speak Spanish well, my Italian is rusty at best but can work in an emergency to order lunch. Much of my experience in real estate is as an investor buying and managing investment properties. Alex was born in Houston and raised in Cypress, Texas where he attended Cy-Fair High school. Upon graduation, he signed a minor league baseball contract with the Atlanta Braves, where he played for one season. After being released in the Spring of 1991, he started attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas on a full scholarship where in 1996 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. While still in college he earned a Real Estate License and started practicing in 1994 and in 1996 he earned a Broker License. Shortly after graduation he left the field of real estate to put his degree to work in the Building Products Industry. In 2010 he decided to leave the design field and return to pursue his passion for Real Estate full time. Alex says:
