I love spending time with my children, being an advancement chairmember for my youngest son's cub scout pack, advocating for my son with Cerebral Palsy, cooking for my troop, rooting for the coolest wheelchair basketball team (Go Hotwheels!) or simply enjoying a date night with my husband George. Allan Olsen was born and raised in Panama City, Panama, but instantly fell in love with the city once moving to Houston. Though an electrical engineer by trade, Allan always has time to find clients their dream home. Allan was bitten by the real estate bug when he purchased his first home. Since then, he proceeded from investing to home building and now assists clients by providing valuable knowledge and experience in buying their future homes.

Caitlyn excels at working with millennials and first-time home buyers and knows the areas in Fort Bend County and Katy very well. Her strong communication skills are especially effective when a transaction hits a bump in the road and her clients need advice, encouragement and support. She applies the same motivation used early in her developmental years to the needs of her current clients. Developing long-lasting relationships, she believes, is her best strength.

I truly love this industry!  For over 25 years I have owned West Houston Design, an interior design firm located in Austin and Houston.  At West Houston Design I specialize in interior designing for new custom homes along with interior design/construction for remodels. As a designer and contractor, these projects employed my passion and creative vision which has also become an invaluable asset to my Real Estate clients. With this experience,  I am able to suggest design and décor changes,  approximate costs and provide construction timelines; this offers my clients the freedom to create a home that is personal and exceptional. My listing clients also benefit  from my  experience and hard work when it becomes necessary to update the home they are selling; resulting in  a home that attracts buyers and achieves high market values.  As an added service, I offer at no additional cost, extensive staging for clients who would otherwise be marketing an empty home.

Theresa is a six-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Houston area in over one hundred real estate transactions. Theresa studied at the University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Music Education.
