I am a Texas native, who's lived in the Houston area the last 10 years! I have four adorable children that keep me moving and a wonderful husband! I've always had a passion for helping others. My first journey with helping others consisted of being a Special Education Teacher for 6 years. After taking a few years to focus on raising my family, I decided to make the exciting switch to real estate to continue to help others.

Barbara has lived in Houston, Texas for forty four years. Because of her vast knowledge of the city she can assist individuals and families in finding homes to buy or lease in neighborhoods of their choice. Prior to becoming a real estate sales person Barbara worked in the Houston Independent School District as a classroom teacher and administrator. High moral and ethical values, good listening skills, paying attention to details and getting the job done correctly in a timely manner are her strongest attributes whether assisting clients with buying or selling property. She consistently updates her real estate skills and utilizes current technology to represent sellers and buyers professionally. Barbara is passionate about helping people and exceeding the expectation of clients. Subsequently, she has received several Realtor Designations including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification (SFR) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC).

Barbara has a Master of Education Degree, Bachelor of Education Degree and Mid-Management Certification. She cherishes family time with her husband, son, grandson and the family dog, "Ghost." She find solace in gardening and reading.
