Andrew was raised right here in our very own Tomball, Texas. After attending classes at the University of Texas at Austin he quickly realized how much he loved anticipating, meeting and exceeding people's needs. He moved to Florida where he worked in industries providing top notch customer service then shortly after began his career in real estate. With family in the business and a personality that matched it was an easy fit. With his thorough understanding of the real estate processes as well as the real estate market Andrew has been able to make the home selling or buying process an easy one to understand for first timers and experienced individuals alike. Passionate about family and home, life naturally brought him back to his roots, back to Texas where he could help families in his own home town. In his free time, Andrew loves making new friends and developing new relationships through music and games or spending time with his husband Matt and their 3 dogs. In 2002, Grant King began selling new construction in Pearland, TX. Fascinated by the construction process, Grant soon learned the key to closing homes for the builder was to proactively walk the job sites each morning, then to focus on marketing the product and development to the Pearland community. Combining this proactive mindset with his strong desire to help people, Grant consistently earned recognition in the company's Elite group of sales counselors and discovered what would be the foundation of his real estate career.

In 2010, Grant decided he could help more people by transitioning to residential real estate. Overseeing each client's move from start to finish has been a joy and has taken Grant beyond Pearland to his many favorite Houston areas. Grant has been recognized year over year for production locally and nationally, and his dedication to his clients has driven Grant to become an expert in all things real estate.

Grant and his wife, Becca, love living in Pearland, and have enjoyed experiencing the growth of one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. As their sons have grown up, Grant has enjoyed volunteering with Cub Scout Pack 446, Pearland Little League and now Pearland Youth Lacrosse. I am a wife and mother of two rambunctious toddlers that run our life and I wouldn't have it any other way! We love spending time together camping and exploring any new place we can. Spending time and adventuring with my kids, allows me to feel like a kid again. My husband and I have owned several homes in our short time together and each one was an investment in our future, helping us to slowly climb up the ladder of our life. I grew up in the Heights and I have lived in the Katy area for the last 30 years. My professional career has consisted of being a 33 year decorated veteran of the Houston Fire Department. I recently worked in NASCAR as a public relations liaison. Working with top level executives from such companies as M&M Mars, Shell Racing, Dodge Motor Sports, GM Racing, just to name a few. My ability to please people and close complicated deals, I feel makes me a huge asset to have on your side. A valuable commodity in todays market. On the personal side my wife Lisa and I have 5 children between us and 4 grandchildren. We are both avid runners She having run over 30 Marathons. I am a former triathlete and have competed in several 70.3 events. we run every morning so you may see us on one of the trails.
