Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year. Joshua is originally from South Louisiana and has called Katy, TX home since 2011. His love for real estate started with researching and purchasing his own homes and investment properties. He dedicates most of his time and energy in understanding market conditions in an effort to ensure his clients are always in the best bargaining position. He has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows how to navigate the market to find the type of property his clients desire. At home she will be in her messy bun, dirt under her nails, pruning her roses and tending to her vegetable and herb gardens so she can cook fresh, from-the-garden-to-table meals for her family.
