In 2002, Grant King began selling new construction in Pearland, TX. Fascinated by the construction process, Grant soon learned the key to closing homes for the builder was to proactively walk the job sites each morning, then to focus on marketing the product and development to the Pearland community. Combining this proactive mindset with his strong desire to help people, Grant consistently earned recognition in the company's Elite group of sales counselors and discovered what would be the foundation of his real estate career.

In 2010, Grant decided he could help more people by transitioning to residential real estate. Overseeing each client's move from start to finish has been a joy and has taken Grant beyond Pearland to his many favorite Houston areas. As their sons have grown up, Grant has enjoyed volunteering with Cub Scout Pack 446, Pearland Little League and now Pearland Youth Lacrosse. Tiphani Taylor was born and raised in West Houston. This has given her the opportunity to see the expansion of West Houston and the glory of the Grand Parkway's advancement to the city. It's given her the opportunity to build and keep relationships from school, church and business. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021 in the midst of a global pandemic and cross country move.

She believes so deeply that Houston is one of the best cities to live in because of it's rich culture, kind people, wonderful food and diverse economic ventures. Tiphani believes that even when hit with hardship, flood, fire or loss in the World Series, Houstonians always overcome!

Tiphani's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent the beginning of her career working in oil and gas industries then moved to medical recruitment, all in the name of Human Resources. Her expertise has always been relationship building and strategic planning. Her love for people and building led her to move to California for 3 years to be apart of a global influential church.
