As an active peri-operative nurse for over 20 years, he has called Houston his new home since moving here from New York. Tim is happily married to his wife and together they have 2 children. He is Co-founder of a4h.org, a non profit organization bridging healthcare and the art community right here in Houston. He believes in giving back to the community and since 2007 he has been doing so. Tim is an active volunteer for Surgical Volunteers international (SVI) participating in medical missions across the globe including Guatemala, Egypt and Vietnam. He has also assisted in medical relief efforts during the tragic 911 events in NYC. Most recently he is helping to combat the economic destroying Corona virus as a front line healthcare provider. Having bought and sold many homes since moving here, Tim has turned his interest in real estate into a new passion.This time he is giving back to the community and helping his peers find the comforts of home in this city we call Houston. I'm an Architect from Bogota, Colombia. I moved to Dallas in 2000 where I started working for an Architectural and Planning firm, specialized in Residential / Multifamily. I was a Project Manager specialized in Town Home Projects. I relocated to Katy in 2004 and continue to work for the same firm. In 2016 I decided to change my career path and pursue my dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. My architectural background becomes an asset for my clients. Kelly was raised in Friendswood but moved away to live in New York City for a while where he pursued a career in acting. When he returned to the Lone Star state, he spent seven years teaching at Katy ISD. The two career paths served him well when he launched his real estate practice. Both jobs have given him a unique understanding of how people communicate, what to listen for, how to solve problems, and how to see things that might not be obvious, like potential value in a home or a neighborhood a client may not have considered.
