After a seven year successful run as owner of a competitive cheerleading gym I decided to take my people skills to the real estate industry. In January of 2019 I received my real estate license and soon after went to work for Coldwell Banker Realty where I was awarded Rookie of the Year. The following year my sales were in excess of 7 million dollars landing me a spot in the International Diamond Club with Coldwell Banker Realty that represents the top 12% of all agents worldwide. After almost four years with Coldwell Banker, I decided to make a move to Gary Greene Better Homes and Gardens where I am able to offer relocation and commercial properties, in addition to, residential and land transactions.

Through hard work, dedication, honesty and integrity I have excelled in the real estate industry. My thought process is that you should treat people the way you would like people to treat you so I put 110% into everything I do for my clients as I would expect the same in return. Native Houstonian Deborah McGuire has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's in education from the University of Houston. Deborah previously worked as an early childhood educator in Fort Bend Independent School District and at the School for Little Children in Bellaire, and as the children's director at River Point Church in Missouri City. She applies the counseling and people skills she learned in education to her real estate business.
