Joshua is originally from South Louisiana and has called Katy, TX home since 2011. His love for real estate started with researching and purchasing his own homes and investment properties. Native Texan, Brian Gerdes graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction. He feels that professionalism and clear communication channels are essential to a smooth real estate transaction and he strives to provide the highest level of service to his cliental.
