Native Houstonian Deborah McGuire has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's in education from the University of Houston. Deborah previously worked as an early childhood educator in Fort Bend Independent School District and at the School for Little Children in Bellaire, and as the children's director at River Point Church in Missouri City. She applies the counseling and people skills she learned in education to her real estate business. Shannon Corbett has lived in Houston for 20 years. Shannon has been involved with the greater Houston area Real Estate industry since 2001 when she and her husband started their own residential land development company. From there Shannon became interested in working with the people who were buying the homes in their developments and became a Realtor. This experience gives her a broad perspective and knowledge of the many facets of residential real estate in Houston and the surrounding areas.

Shannon, involved with many charities and the Junior League of Houston, really knows her way around Houston.
