Jaimee specializes in working with buyers in The Woodlands and surrounding areas to find their ideal properties, whether it’s the perfect family residence or a profitable investment.

Prior to starting a real estate career, she worked as an Attorney Advisor for the United States Department of Justice and served clients from around the world as an Associate for one of Houston’s top law firms.

Her training and experience as a Texas attorney have proven to be invaluable in preparing contracts for her clients and negotiating favorable deals. The same attention to detail and client satisfaction that made Jaimee a successful attorney enables her to guide both experienced and new buyers through the twists and turns of the home-buying process.

Jaimee has been a resident of The Woodlands for the last eleven years. She is happily married and the proud mother of four little girls. Together with her husband, she has purchased and successfully managed numerous investment properties in the area.

I'm a proud native Texan and moved back to Tyler in 2010. In 2014 I completed my Associates Degree in Business Management from Tyler Junior College and earned my real estate license. I'm a native Texan...my family has been here since it was the Republic of Texas. I grew up in Houston and would like to serve your real estate needs in Houston and the surrounding areas.

I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have worked with buyers and sellers. In 2017 I obtained my broker's license. My mission is to help people buy or sell a home and be able to look back on the process and think-"Maybe I don't remember every detail - but I know Allwyn looked out for me and my family".

I'm a real believer in training and education. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to take 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. I probably get in a minimum of 30 hours every 12 months. The real estate industry is constantly changing...the best way to keep up is to find and take training classes as often as possible...while still finding time to work!

I have served as a volunteer on the Professional Standards Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors since 2007 – it’s a way of giving back to the real estate community and of helping agents, including me, stay on our toes.
