Mrs. Gretzer is an alumni of University of St. Thomas and was an Environmental Scientist working for Harris County and Medical Photographer in Texas Medical Center. Her history in the Environmental field helped define the need for recommending homes outside the flood zone areas. Since she began her Real Estate career, it has taught her importance of building relationships and more importantly, the desire to help others. "I love my profession for its challenges and rewards!" Joauna Tuck was born and raised in Houston. Joauna has been involved with the real estate market since 2000 starting as an Admin Assistant for a Broker and knows the ins and outs of the Houston real estate market. Joauna developed excellent communication skills while obtaining her MBA in Business Management. Joauna has gained most of her real estate intellect from meeting and listening to some of the world's top real estate moguls. The most important aspect of the transaction is not location or price, but the satisfaction of her clients. Her areas of expertise are very broad in the Houston and surrounding markets since she has serviced and lived here her entire life. Her specialties include; residential, new home construction, first time home buyers, Veterans (VA), real estate development, international home buyers and relocation. As an active peri-operative nurse for over 20 years, he has called Houston his new home since moving here from New York. Tim is happily married to his wife and together they have 2 children. He is Co-founder of a4h.org, a non profit organization bridging healthcare and the art community right here in Houston. He believes in giving back to the community and since 2007 he has been doing so. Tim is an active volunteer for Surgical Volunteers international (SVI) participating in medical missions across the globe including Guatemala, Egypt and Vietnam. He has also assisted in medical relief efforts during the tragic 911 events in NYC. Most recently he is helping to combat the economic destroying Corona virus as a front line healthcare provider. Having bought and sold many homes since moving here, Tim has turned his interest in real estate into a new passion.This time he is giving back to the community and helping his peers find the comforts of home in this city we call Houston. Not in healthcare you say. Not to worry, he loves helping others and will certainly dedicate his time and attention to you. She graduated college with honors from ECSU and is a licensed Real Estate and Insurance/Annuity agent. Jennifer is a mother of 5 who is active in the community and has a strong desire to help those around her.
