With over 100 years of combined experience in the industry, they continue to set the standard for excellence in the real estate community. Theresa is a six-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Houston area in over one hundred real estate transactions. Theresa has built a stellar reputation through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client's needs first. Theresa studied at the University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. She then furthered her knowledge graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with a master's degree in Educational Leadership. Afterward, she began working in education for both CFISD and Klein ISD. In her free time, Theresa is mother of four and keeps her kids involved in many activities including football, gymnastics, swim, track, soccer, band, choir, ballet, basketball, and scouts. Active in the community, Theresa also spends her time volunteering for her children's schools and activities and is a proud part of Sam Houston Area Council's Scouting program. Spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Rocket is something Theresa never takes for granted. Theresa is proud to have called the wonderful community of Cypress, Texas home for almost twenty years.

Terri is a Graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, and a Katy resident since 1986. She and her husband had the pleasure of raising two awesome kids in Katy, both graduated from Cinco Ranch High School. Terri and her husband now have the pleasure of watching their grandchildren grow up in Katy!
