Prior to real estate, I had a career in local media and communications as a news reporter, sales marketing director, and head of public relations. My background and experiences working in media has equipped me with a strong business sense, creative eye, and an ability to see things from various perspectives. I am the coordinator of every aspect of the real estate deal, including listing management, marketing, board packages, scheduling and beyond. When a challenge arises, I am always ready with a professional, positive attitude to deliver impeccable service. I believe that the real estate agent you choose to work with will influence the experience you will have. I know what truly drives communication. I understand the different characteristics and nuances of each client, from buyers and sellers to landlords and renters. I am able to discern what each client needs and how to best advocate for them. I am a native Houstonian. I attended college in San Antonio earning at BBA in 1997. After graduating college, I moved back to the Houston area and began working in Customer Service/Project Management. Customer Service is my passion. I first moved to the Katy/Cinco Ranch area in 1999. In 2004, I moved out to Old Katy and have lived here for 11 years. I have 2 children and understand that school districts as well as neighborhood atmosphere will play an important role in your family's happiness. The goals of my clients are my highest priority. I have been one of the top producers at my brokerage for a few years now due to the fact that I am very customer service focused. You will only talk to me and not an assistant. Buying, selling, or investing in a home is a big decision and I am here to work with you through every step of the process.
