While there she worked in procurement, specifically with acquisitions and category management. Her interest with real estate began when she worked in property management throughout undergraduate school and is where her love song with helping families find a home began. Nikoya is well versed and experienced in commercial real estate. She has completed upward 102 commercial real estate transactions for 3 major Oil & Gas manufacturing companies throughout the nation within the past 3 years; 57 in the state of Texas. Nevertheless, her passion remains on the residential spectrum of real estate and is now her primary focus. Nikoya holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tuskegee University and a M.Div. from The ITC.

I'm a Native Texan and proud of it! I was born and raised in Dumas, Texas, up in the Panhandle. Over the years, I've lived in small towns and cities across the state. (Dallas, Arlington, Denton, Amarillo, Canyon, Austin, Quanah, Chillicothe, Katy)

I spent 23 years working with families in Texas public schools as a Special Education Teacher and Team Leader. I advocated for my students to help them get the best education possible and worked closely with their families to give them any available resources.

I have my Master of Education in Counseling and have been a life long learner in education and educating.

Now, instead of educating children, I educate families in buying or selling properties. It is rewarding for me to help my clients negotiate their best deals in either selling their current home or finding the new home they always wanted!
