Ryan has been a real estate agent since 2017 and has been a natural since the beginning. In every transaction he brings a dynamism that is hard to match, an enduring intellect, and resolute determination to represent every client to the absolute maximum of his ability. He is constantly expanding his knowledge base and network to provide solutions for any of his clients' needs. Having lived in a multitude of areas within Houston and the city's greater surrounding areas throughout his life, he has been able to familiarize himself with the entirety of the Houston megalopolis and is able to work with clients in any municipality, community, or township.

He graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M and his time spent there prepared him for a career in real estate where he not only learned about the general aspects of business operations, but he learned to better understand all aspects of finance, modern marketing, professional negotiations, and the intricacies of contracts and contract law. He has been a hard-working professional since his first day out of school, excelling in sales role for the first few years and then running his own company for 6 years before obtaining his real estate license!

Ryan focuses his professional life on his real estate endeavors and his passion for what he does is only matched by his love for his beautiful wife and children. For 10 years, I served on the board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. As president-elect of the Houston chapter, we had the opportunity to host the annual statewide conference and I was the Chair for the event! The event was such a success that we earned the opportunity to host the national conference for all the chapter presidents the following year! I believe we had such a great event because we listened to the ideas from each chapter around the state about what would and would not workand then we made it happen! Our company was awarded the largest construction contract to a minority owned company by the Houston Housing Authority. We managed and operated rehab projects of distressed multi family projects, working with project managers, engineers, inspectors from permits to completion. I developed an aptitude for the Real Estate industry. with over 30 years experience in Property Management, I developed communication and negotiation skills, handling high pressure situations and build relationships with tenants. Types of property management investment owned projects included low income housing, multi-family, commercial properties, mixed use properties, historical properties, farm and ranch, hunting and fishing leases. Having served as VP on the Economic Development Board and Commissioner on the Housing Authority Board in South Texas, I amassed a vast knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate Development. As an investor in income generating properties, I gained expansive knowledge in this area that can benefit you.
