My focus is West Houston including: Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Cypress and Sugarland but have helped clients as far East as Pearland as well. Twenty-Seven years in Sales and Operations Management gave me the opportunity to hone both of those skills. In addition to being immersed in a service culture for all of those years, I was also in charge of the financial side of the business. I have extensive experience with contracts, negotiating and creating win/win outcomes. Budgets and Managing the P&L for a $100 million dollar annual business were also my responsibility. That solid foundation coupled with a passion for helping people gives me an edge with my clients.

He is an Alum of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and the Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at The University of Houston. He has been rooted in the Cinco Ranch Community since 2000 where he has been a business leader and an active volunteer with Katy ISD, previously serving as a member of several Advisory Boards and as a liaison between the District and the Business Community through Partners In Education. After over twenty years in the Hospitality Industry in and around Houston, Aaron made the transition into Real Estate. Aaron loves educating his clients and has extensive experience in working with first time home buyers and with new construction.
