I am a well-regarded REALTOR with deep connections to the Cypress, Katy, Waller and Prairie View areas. A Louisiana transplant with several years of Real Estate experience in the state of Louisiana.

I have a strong passion for real estate and joined the Blue Diamond Realty Team in 2019. As a REALTOR®, my main priority is to make sure my clients are happy.

Raised in Richmond TX, Candace understands the numerous benefits of life in Houston. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Business Administration. Following college, Candace started her career at Nordstrom where she learned the true value of taking care of the customer and putting their every need first. She went on to further her passion with Customer Service as a Customer Relations Coordinator with Acura. She values honesty, respect, trust, and loyalty. She understands the importance of making lasting relationships which all contribute to her Real Estate Career. As a Real Estate Professional, Candace is committed to listening to her clients, implementing her values, and utilizing her negotiating skills to ensure a smooth process throughout the entire transaction.

Kristy has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Katy - Houston area since 2012. She began her professional career working for a Big 6 accounting firm, and later transitioned to real estate in her role as a real estate internal auditor for a major financial services company. Fast forward to today, she now has her broker's license and is a well trusted real estate adviser in the Katy/ Houston area. Her clients have praised her for her diligence, professionalism, and knowledge of the real estate business.

Born and raised in Florida, Kristy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and moved to Houston in 1994. In the early 2000's, she lived a short time overseas with her husband and children before moving to Katy in 2005. She is also an active volunteer with her daughter through National Charity League. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
