When Jerrilyn returned to Midland she worked as a contract manager for a local oil & gas company and became proficient in the often tedious but important aspects of doing contracts properly. Her degree in psychology has been beneficial in helping her to understand people and to be able to counsel them or as she so aptly stated "hold their hands and take care of them".
