Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. Growing up in a small town in Central Texas, Cassie Dieudonne learned the values of community, relationships, and hometown pride at a young age. Whether she was cheering on Friday nights at a high school football game or competing in High School Rodeo, her outgoing personality and love of competition shined through from a young age.

After graduating from Sam Houston State University, Cassie started her career in customer service and retail management, moved on to the insurance and financial services industry, and also worked at a non-profit professional association, before deciding to make her move to the real estate business. Each step of her professional journey has fueled her passion for sales and helping people, and through her experiences, Cassie has created many valuable professional and personal relationships. Cassie has been married for 17 years and has lived in Katy for the last 13 years with her husband Aaron, and children, Vance and Sidney.
