I truly love this industry!  For over 25 years I have owned West Houston Design, an interior design firm located in Austin and Houston.  At West Houston Design I specialize in interior designing for new custom homes along with interior design/construction for remodels. As a designer and contractor, these projects employed my passion and creative vision which has also become an invaluable asset to my Real Estate clients. With this experience,  I am able to suggest design and décor changes,  approximate costs and provide construction timelines; this offers my clients the freedom to create a home that is personal and exceptional. My listing clients also benefit  from my  experience and hard work when it becomes necessary to update the home they are selling; resulting in  a home that attracts buyers and achieves high market values.  As an added service, I offer at no additional cost, extensive staging for clients who would otherwise be marketing an empty home.  

Kelly Bell is the agent who takes the "stress" out of real estate transactions. She is there to help her clients every step of the way and associates herself with lenders, title companies, home repair companies, etc. that also provide excellent customer service to her clients. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and has further attained the MCNE designation or Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation. She has been the owner of a real estate appraisal company for 25 years and is able to price homes right from the start of a listing. This helps sell her listings quickly at close to or at full list price. Her most important skills are communication, listening to her clients, negotiation and serving her clients to ensure a win-win! Her professional real estate career focuses on helping clients in Katy, Fulshear, west Houston and surrounding cities. She is currently with CB&A, Realtors and previously with Keller Williams Premier in Katy, Texas. Kelly loves the home staging process and hires a professional stager for each new listing. Professional photography is used on every listing. As the saying goes " a picture is worth a thousand words". Kelly loves volunteering in Katy ISD, is a devoted member of her Katy church, Parkway Fellowship, plays golf with the Cinco Ranch Ladies Golf Club and attends many functions with the Cinco Ranch Ladies Club.
