I have been in the real estate business since 2007, and started my career as a licensed Administrative Assistant for one of the top producers in Midland, Texas, closing on an average of 8 homes per month. I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure, Texas Affordable Housing, and Brokers Opinion on Pricing and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, plus I am constantly taking classes to keep up to date in the real estate field and market. I have had close ties in the area for over 15 years and am very excited to be near my grandchildren. Born and raised in Venezuela with an Industrial Engineering degree and Sales background, my family and I moved to Texas in 2007 thanks to my husband's job transfer and we are truly blessed to live in Katy and give our three kids so many opportunities to study and have extra curricular activities in a multicultural community. Born in Venezuela, she's made Texas her home for the past 8 years, serving the Miami and Houston areas prior. As a hardworking mother of two, Marjorie understands the importance of finding the perfect space for families. In 2023 Robert became the 4th member of the RozierTeam. He has 6 years in the public schools working with special needs students. And most recently, Robert was Executive Director for a non-profit organization in the Katy area. He has a BS from University of Houston in Biology. His gregarious personality is a great asset as he and his wife Elizabeth work with our clients.

A native Texas woman, Kristie was born and raised in Houston so she knows the city well. She moved out to Montgomery and has spent the last 15 years in the North Houston area. She spent 11 years in the medical field doing radiologic sciences including CT and X-ray. She has since transitioned her focus to her dream job, helping her real estate clients find a house they can call home. She also assist investors in pursing their goals.
