Hello, my name is Bonnie Patino, a Realtor with Ai Realty. I grew up in Alvin TX and currently live in Houston with my 2 sons (15 & 18) and 2 dogs. One boxer names Tyson and one French bulldog named Yoda.)


Prior to Real Estate, I worked in Oil and Gas in the IT department. My position was client facing, where I developed the superior customer service and communication skills essential to represent all your real estate needs. I enjoyed my job in IT but at the end of the day it was not my passion nor fulfilling so I decided to leave Oil and Gas and moved into Real Estate full time. I do not regret my decisions and look forward to continuing my career in Real estate.

Born and raised in Venezuela, I have called the US my home for the last 9 years.Did you know that I'm also a chemical engineer and mother of 4 boys?

I love spending time with my children, being an advancement chairmember for my youngest son's cub scout pack, advocating for my son with Cerebral Palsy, cooking for my troop, rooting for the coolest wheelchair basketball team (Go Hotwheels!) or simply enjoying a date night with my husband George. Also, I'm PROUD of being LATINA.

I am a Broker/Associate with Fathom Realty having come over from The Taylor Group & Keller Williams Memorial as a top producer and member of the Agent Leadership Council of leading agents. I taught classes at KW but decided that producing results for my clients was what I loved the most.
