He understands how to listen to the client, meet their particular desires and navigate the market. He started his time in Houston in the education field, teaching for 21 years. Chris understands how schools work and what really goes on in a school. With his background in education, Chris knows where the good schools are located.
Chris is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative or ABR. Additional certifications include ePRO and Social Media Pro (SMP). His college experience includes a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Masters of Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.
Chris is an experienced landlord with multiple properties. He has been very successful in the past with helping prospective tenants find a new home, regardless of their credit history. He also knows how to work with new home construction having personally purchased 5 new single-family homes.
Chris lives in the Katy area. When not working, he enjoys attending church and spending time with his wife Dava and his daughter, Emily.

Hi, thanks for stopping by to learn how you will benefit from a relationship in which I represent and guide you and/or your family through your real estate transaction. A little bit about my background to help you get to know me. I have been married to my husband for ten years. We live in Richmond with our four dogs which are all rescues. I am a proud member of the Choctaw Nation, born in Dallas, but raised in Honolulu since early elementary school. After a year in college, I returned to the mainland to be closer to family and settled in Houston. I have always enjoyed working with people! In the first years of my career I found a great fit in the hospitality industry working for some of Houston's most upscale restaurants. I started as a server, then bartender, and also worked as a corporate trainer opening new restaurants across the country. Working in the service industry while going to college prepared me in many ways in becoming a Realtor. I have a strong commitment to customer service and will always have your best interests as my #1 priority. My beliefs are founded on faith and family and my up bringing gave me a unique perspective of multiple cultures that forms my understanding of mutual respect, responsibility, servant leadership, integrity, and aloha.
