Before Real Estate, I studied Marketing at the University of Texas at San Antonio where I met her husband. I've always enjoyed getting to know new people and explore new places. One of my biggest passions outside of real estate is travelling!

As a Houstonian by choice, Skye moved to Katy with her family in 1996 and has since made a home in various areas throughout the greater Houston region. With 27 years of local experience under her belt, she has become intimately familiar with the diverse communities from Brenham to Galveston, making her an ideal guide for those seeking their next home.

Skye is a partner and a mother to five children, creating a strong foundation for her family-centric values. In her free time, Skye enjoys various creative pursuits like painting and jewelry making, and she's an avid reader. I'm a native Texan...my family has been here since it was the Republic of Texas. I grew up in Houston and would like to serve your real estate needs in Houston and the surrounding areas.

I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have worked with buyers and sellers. In 2017 I obtained my broker's license. My mission is to help people buy or sell a home and be able to look back on the process and think-"Maybe I don't remember every detail - but I know Allwyn looked out for me and my family".

I'm a real believer in training and education. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to take 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. I probably get in a minimum of 30 hours every 12 months. The real estate industry is constantly changing...the best way to keep up is to find and take training classes as often as possible...while still finding time to work!

I have served as a volunteer on the Professional Standards Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors since 2007 – it’s a way of giving back to the real estate community and of helping agents, including me, stay on our toes.

Johnnie is an ambitious, outgoing, and knowledgeable Realtor licensed in Texas. Johnnie received a Bachelors in Psychology from Oregon State University and was a member of the gymnastics team. Being a college athlete has taught her discipline, time management, and continuously striving to improve in all aspects. After college, she continued her involvement in gymnastics through coaching on the Junior Olympic, Elite, and International levels. In addition, Johnnie has an Associate's Degree in Business Technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her 2 Boxer dogs (Daxos & Dezmo). Also, she likes being active through hiking, dancing, yoga, and boxing but there is nothing more exciting to her than traveling to new places!

As a former professional athlete, im accustomed to setting goals and reaching them. Whether its finding the perfect property or negotiating the best deal, I will be persistent in making sure that all of my clients needs are met.
