Hi there! My name is Shawna and I am a proud Houston native. While working in the healthcare field I have obtained excellent people and communication skills in which I still serve today. I have gained most of my real estate intellect from studying the craft daily, as well as learning and listening to my top selling colleagues and broker. My most important aspect of the real estate transaction is not just finding or selling a home, but the experience I leave my clients with at the end of every transaction. The primary goal is leave each client with an elevated luxurious experience no matter the price. My areas of expertise are very broad in the Houston and surrounding areas since I have serviced and lived here my entire life. My include residential, new home construction, first time home buyers, real estate development, international home buyers and relocation.

I am a native Houstonian and have lived in North Houston, Southwest Houston, and now West Houston.  I am married to my college sweetheart from the University of Texas at Austin and boasts 4 wonderful children (1 boy and 3 girls).  On our journey as parents of 2 children, my wife and I, being Christians and adherers to our calling, felt God moving us in a different direction after the earthquake in Haiti. Our younger 2 daughters are adopted from Haiti and now reside with us. We are grateful for the calling on our life and the opportunity to change these 2 girls lives forever.

I grew up in Katy real estate. My mom, Linda, began her career in 1991, my sister, Christy, joined in 2002, and I joined in 2012. Over the years, I have enjoyed helping my clients find their dream homes or sell their current residences to relocate. Katy is my childhood home and I graduated from James E. Taylor High School. I studied Early Childhood Education at Baylor University and was a member of Pi Beta Phi. Sic Em' Bears! After graduation, I taught special needs children at The Rise School. My husband, Chris, and I have an amazing blended family with five precious children: Walker, Clay, Marly, Stella Lynn, and Christian. We are proud to raise our children in Katy and be a part of this wonderful community. I understand the value of finding not only the perfect house but also a place to call home.
