Jesse Alfaro considers himself a true Houstonian having been raised in the Houston area since the age of 4. Over the almost past two decades he has developed countless friendships within the real estate field establishing strong working relationships within the Houston area real estate market. He first became a licensed real estate agent in Utah and has brought back his experience, skills and knowledge with him to the Greater Houston area.

Jesse's experience in real estate first started as a Texas licensed professional home inspector, the highest level of a home inspector, almost 20 years ago. He eventually excelled to become a certified master inspector, the highest level of home inspector in the world. It was through his career as a home inspector where he developed his passion for giving his best to his clients. It was also through this experience that Jesse realized homebuyers deserved a higher level of service, one where the client always comes first. His experience as a long-time home inspector has also benefited his clients with his vast experience in home construction and its systems and in better understanding the home-building process for his clients.

Jesse is married to his high school sweetheart, Amalia, and they both share three beautiful children with a grandchild on the way. Jesse and Amalia are both still licensed as real estate agents in Utah and will eventually form as a team in Texas as they already are in Utah. Tonya has over 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors and rental clients across Texas as their go to Realtor for their residential and commercial needs. In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in Residential Mortgage Origination and New Home Sales. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a Masters Studies in Law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food & wine), gardening / landscapes, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya has earned the prestigious GRI designation and is also working toward several others in both residential and commercial real estate. I'm a Native Texan and proud of it! I was born and raised in Dumas, Texas, up in the Panhandle. Over the years, I've lived in small towns and cities across the state. (Dallas, Arlington, Denton, Amarillo, Canyon, Austin, Quanah, Chillicothe, Katy)

I spent 23 years working with families in Texas public schools as a Special Education Teacher and Team Leader. I advocated for my students to help them get the best education possible and worked closely with their families to give them any available resources.

I have my Master of Education in Counseling and have been a life long learner in education and educating.

Now, instead of educating children, I educate families in buying or selling properties. It is rewarding for me to help my clients negotiate their best deals in either selling their current home or finding the new home they always wanted!
