Work with clients for the purchase and sale of residential homes, working primarily from internal database of leads.

Serve as primary customer service professional to receive direct sales calls and customer support issues.

Assist customers in the evaluation, appraisal and listing of residential homes for sale.

Take customers to potential homes, provide guided tours and assist team members when showing homes.

Do initial research on area homes to find comparison properties.

Hold presentations, conferences and classes in the community to assist individuals in the home buying and selling process.

Prepare accurate sales agreements within critical timelines.

Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule home showings.

In 2004, after graduating college and playing collegiate basketball, Doug went to work for Chase Bank for four years, before starting his first business in commercial lending in 2008. One year later, Doug started another business in real estate, buying and flipping homes, and running both businesses until 2015 when he helped his wife, Nicole, form the Nicole Freer Group.
