Ryan has been a real estate agent since 2017 and has been a natural since the beginning. He is constantly expanding his knowledge base and network to provide solutions for any of his clients' needs. Having lived in a multitude of areas within Houston and the city's greater surrounding areas throughout his life, he has been able to familiarize himself with the entirety of the Houston megalopolis and is able to work with clients in any municipality, community, or township.

He graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M and his time spent there prepared him for a career in real estate where he not only learned about the general aspects of business operations, but he learned to better understand all aspects of finance, modern marketing, professional negotiations, and the intricacies of contracts and contract law. He has been a hard-working professional since his first day out of school, excelling in sales role for the first few years and then running his own company for 6 years before obtaining his real estate license!

Even as a child, Mindy Kim knew a good deal on property advising her father when she saw land she felt was valuable. With a sense for design early on in life, it is no wonder that she earned her degree as a graphic artist, later becoming a jewelry designer, and owner of several other businesses. As an entrepreneur, she brings this same skill of helping her customers when it comes to selling houses, easily match them to what they are looking for in a home. After some research she decided that Keller Williams offered the best training, and it turned out that Keller Williams Memorial was a perfect fit. Originally from Korea, Mindy and her family immigrated to this country when she was just in middle school. As a global citizen, this diverse background helps Mindy to relate to people from different cultures. As an international city, this Realtor is perfect for the market. After living in several Texas cities, we moved to North Carolina for 24 years enjoying a successful sales and management career there. Relocating to Katy a few years ago, where my family is well established, allows me to continue drawing on my skills in business negotiations and helping clients connect their heart to their home. I am a strong negotiator and communicator with fantastic customer service skills. My husband, Geoff, and I have 1 son-Austin & daughter-in-law-Kasia and 1 daughter-Hannah & son-in-law-Lucas. We have three precious grandsons! I spend much of my time with family & friends, volunteering at church, & working out.
