I have been an active Developer & Builder in Crystal Beach since 2009 and have built well over 60+ homes on the peninsula. In October 2018 I was awarded Sales of the Month for my Broker Firm. My hobbies include my children & grandchildren, soccer, baseball, fishing & hunting. I also enjoy riding my Harley on weekends and I have also participated in over 9 5K runs this year. As a Contractor of Landscaping and Irrigation for over 40+ years, I also was a contractor for swimming pools and builders for over 20 years as well. This has given me the knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and ability to answer any questions a client may have without having to use the common response "I will have to get back to you on that," since I have the knowledge base on all levels of building. I have always had a deep interest in the real estate industry and always wanted to be a Realtor throughout life. Now my dreams have begun to also start helping my clients start their dreams with a home they desire.

In 2002, Grant King began selling new construction in Pearland, TX. Fascinated by the construction process, Grant soon learned the key to closing homes for the builder was to proactively walk the job sites each morning, then to focus on marketing the product and development to the Pearland community. Combining this proactive mindset with his strong desire to help people, Grant consistently earned recognition in the company's Elite group of sales counselors and discovered what would be the foundation of his real estate career.

In 2010, Grant decided he could help more people by transitioning to residential real estate. I have an MBA in Marketing and Finance from a University of Windsor, Canada. I moved to Katy in 2008. I am truly blessed to live in Katy and give my two girls exemplary education and have exposure to diverse community. I have seen how Katy has grown from tiny town to huge town with continual growth.
