My motivation for this transition was simple to secure the best educational opportunities for my children. My name is Ann Ellis and I grew up Norway and moved to Katy Texas in 1996. I've been a First Responder for over 25 years in the Katy area and have been working in real estate for a little over 2 years but have an amazing mentor that's been doing this for over 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Waller, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, I am most familiar with the Katy/Brookshire area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is how everyone gets together for Friday Night Football because you still get the small town feeling and get to spend time with your family and friends.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home. I utilizes a variety of online marketing tools and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, I use my local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes you are looking for, as well as home for selling.

I am married with three kids and two dogs. While I was born and raised in Norway, I came to Texas as fast as I could. As a family we love going camping to the different State Parks, exploring new and exciting places to go fishing and hiking.

Sally holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Texas A&M University. While at A&M, she was a member of Aggie School Volunteers where she tutored and mentored local elementary school children. Sally was also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a Co-ed Business Fraternity that focuses on building professional business students. Her experiences with Delta Sigma Pi presented Sally opportunities with volunteering, attending professional events and professional training that have been invaluable in her career and personal life. Sally also holds a master's degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Business Administration with a concentration in Environmental Management. Sally began her career in the technology industry. She started in 2012 with Hewlett Packard as a Business Analyst and came up through the ranks, ultimately achieving the position of Project Manager. Later, Sally moved companies to a technology reseller and held positions as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales Operation Manager. In 2019, she made a move to the Commercial Construction Industry and continued in Project Management. Falling in-line with her belief to always be learning and growing, personally and professionally, Sally decided to make her move into Real Estate. She felt her pride in providing the best customer service and her genuine desire to make people happy would be well served. Sally provides excellent service to her clients because of her proven track record of success, her knowledge and her instilled values of truth and caring. Sally is a proud native Houstonian. She grew up in the Fulshear area and after completing college, moved back and now calls Katy home. Sally loves to ride her horse and is a huge animal lover. She is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and is one of the biggest Houston Astros and Texans fan around.
