Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.

A fourth generation Texan, Kelly Orth has been a long time resident of Fort Bend. Her knowledge of Ft. Bend County and Southwest Houston gives her an edge in the market. She is dedicated to giving her clients professional and courteous service, and she works diligently to help them attain their goals. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, Kelly worked in outside sales, as a quality assurance manager and as a Fort Bend ISD teacher. Her experiences have given her patience and listening skills. The diversity of her accomplishments show how easily she can adapt to any situation or environment. Conscientious and motivated, her enthusiasm makes Kelly a success in real estate. She pays close attention to details to ensure that each transaction is completed thoroughly with care.
