While other kids were playing with their plastic Tonka trucks and dozers, Robbie was helping dad fix and operate the real ones. Jobsites and construction zones were his playground.

Marriage and life moved Robbie from the small town to the big city, where he has been active in Residential, Land, Farm and Ranch real estate sales for more than 7 years. As a 3rd generation real estate developer and construction operations manager, the effectiveness in making real estate work for you and accomplish what you need it to comes to the forefront. Robbie also owns and actively manages multiple types of income producing properties across the state of Texas.

Guiding buyers, sellers and investors in real estate endeavors continues to be the key in his successful strategy of helping others achieve so that a win-win outcome always comes first.

In his spare time he enjoys seeing the rest of the world with his wife, with aspirations to visit as many countries as possible while learning a little of each culture.

Susan Alexander knows details. “I remember every house that I see,” she says. And that ability is a great asset to her clients. “By the time we are looking at the third or fourth house and everything seems to blend together for my client, I help them to sort out the details.”

A native Houstonian, Susan has been a real estate professional since 1990, and knows the city inside and out. “I just love to tell our story, and share the history of the neighborhoods with my clients,” she adds. Susan’s market areas include neighborhoods throughout the First Colony and Fort Bend community, as well as Memorial, Bellaire, West University and Briargrove Park.

Susan is conscientious and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She says, “I treat my clients as I would expect to be treated.”

Married, Susan has two sons and stays very involved with their activities including football, basketball and baseball. She also takes time to participate in a number of local women’s groups.

Bin graduated from University of Houston with a master degree in Chemistry. With this background, Bin specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge/insight to residential properties that help homeowner find their dream houses and consistently exceed the investment goals of investors. Bin maintains long term, good relationship with clients. After 5 years hard working in Real Estate Market, in 2018, Bin obtained her own Real Estate Broker's license, that strongly proves her competency and expertise.
