My name is David McClurkin. For over 25 years I was a corporate CPA but after retirement in 2017 decided to become a real estate agent. Now it is possible to join with my wife Sylva who has been a real estate agent since 2001. For years I had provided assistance for her real estate endeavors. Although Nelvin has an entrepreneurial spirit with a banking and finance mindset, his passion for community advocacy and volunteerism has shown throughout the past 20 years. He has been involved in non-profit organizations serving the community. His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement have led to several Board Leadership Roles. Including Chairman of the Board of The Alliance, helping Immigrants/Refugees become self-efficient. Past President of Asian American Heritage Association; Past President Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas; and Past-Co Chair of the Mayors Advisory for the New Americans. Adriatico has also helped organize several programs and projects; One of the biggest is the Annual Back to School, Health Fair, and Business Expo celebrating its 16 years of service.Because of his community advocacy, He received several awards like Asian Chamber Community Ambassador Award, the Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung award, The Texans Community Ambassador to name a few.
